Donald Moore, PG, ARM

Mr. Moore has a diverse, 30-year background in the environmental and technical consulting industries that has included positions in the oil and gas industry, with international consulting and insurance companies and as an independent environmental risk manager over the past 14 years, focused on remediation, insurance and brownfield development. Based on this broad skill set, he provides BGR with technical, regulatory, risk and insurance, real estate and business development support. Mr. Moore’s experience includes extensive research and interface with the U.S. EPA and numerous State environmental regulatory agencies. His technical background in remedial alternative evaluation and cost development provides the knowledge to quickly identify projects that may be suitable for BGR’s proprietary, sustainable soil remediation technology.

Bruce Thrupp
Vice President, Director of
Business Development
Mr. Thrupp has 30 years experience in business development, including managing corporate business development programs for multi-office, national environmental companies, managing DoD contract development for major environmental engineering firms, and developing and managing major global accounts in the telecom and high technology sectors. His experience includes lead development, industrial account penetration, business development planning and execution, new market penetration, sales plan development and implementation, major proposal management, competitor analysis and technical presentations. Bruce has a bachelor's degree in Geology and an MBA.
BGR's seasoned staff includes licensed environmental scientists, geologists, hydrogeologists, program managers and construction professionals with decades of soil, sediment and groundwater remediation experience at chemical production facilities, former petroleum stations, former military sites and other industrial facilities throughout the United States. Backgrounds range from program management of multi-million dollar assessments for petroleum, mining, and industrial clients to conceptualization, evaluation, screening, and implementation of a variety of remedial alternatives at commercial, port, and military sites. BGR offers our clients a remediation construction-experienced team with the professional training and financially sound focus of the very best experts in the industry.
Kent Reynolds
President
Mr. Kent Reynolds leads government/commercial environmental remediation projects across the U.S. Mr. Reynolds has been with BGR since its inception in 2015 and has over 32 years of experience in the environmental remediation services industry. His management expertise includes technical approach formulation and implementation; cost estimating and control; subcontractor evaluation and management; critical path schedule development; and management, equipment, and personnel selection. He has extensive negotiation and permitting experience with the various regulatory agencies. He has comprehensive project and program experience in both the private and public sectors. Kent has managed numerous large-scale hazardous waste remediation projects including those related to the electronic, automotive, and petrochemical industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology.

Greg McIver
Vice President, Director of Technology
Mr. Greg McIver has more than 18 years of experience in the environmental remediation field. As a certified environmental manager in the state of Nevada and qualified person in the State of Alaska, Mr. McIver has successfully applied his scientific education and expertise to various roles in the environmental engineering field throughout the Western United States. He has a balanced portfolio of corporate and field experience, including program/project management, operations management, regulatory negotiations, planning and execution of subsurface investigations, remedial system design/implementation, O&M, and closure negotiations. He has managed projects with chlorinated VOCs, metals, perchlorate, nitrate and petroleum hydrocarbon impact. He has implemented specific remedial technologies, including bioremediation, phytoremediation, bio-sparging, SVE, DPE, ozone sparging, oxygen sparging, groundwater pump and treat, well head treatment, excavation, soil composting and in-situ enhanced biodegradation. Greg has a bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences.
